Acceptable Use Policy

This Acceptable Use Policy (“AUP”) applies to all use of pornchar.ai. It is incorporated into our Terms of Service. Violations may result in content removal, account suspension or termination, and reporting to authorities where required.

Strictly prohibited content

You must never create, request, upload, or distribute content that depicts, describes, or sexualises:

• Minors.Any content involving real or fictional persons under 18, or that depicts a person as a minor — including “teen”, “child”, school, or age-regression themes. This is a zero- tolerance rule. Suspected child sexual abuse material (CSAM) is reported to the relevant authorities and the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC) where applicable.
• Real, identifiable people without consent. No celebrities, public figures, private individuals, deepfakes, or “make it look like [a real person]” requests.
• Non-consensual acts. Rape, coercion, “forced”, drugged, unconscious, or otherwise non-consensual scenarios.
• Bestiality, incest, or content that depicts serious violence, gore, or harm presented sexually.
• Content that facilitates trafficking, sexual services, or any illegal activity.

Prohibited conduct

• Harassment, threats, doxxing, or sharing others’ private data.
• Circumventing safety filters, age verification, rate limits, or payment controls.
• Automated scraping, reselling outputs, or using the Service to build a competing dataset or model.
• Uploading malware or attempting to compromise the Service.

Reference uploads

When you upload reference images to create a character, you confirm the images depict only consenting adults and that you hold all rights necessary to use them. Uploading images of real people without their consent is prohibited.

Enforcement and reporting

We use automated and manual moderation. User-created public characters are reviewed before they are listed. To report a violation, email [email protected] with details. We may remove content and suspend accounts at our discretion to protect users and comply with the law.
