Refund Policy

Digital credits

pornchar.ai sells credits that unlock digital features (chat, image and video generation, and unlocks). Because credits grant immediate access to digital goods that are consumed on use, purchases are generally final and non-refundable once credits have been spent.

When we issue refunds

• Failed generations. If a generation fails due to a technical error on our side, the credits charged for that request are automatically refunded to your balance.
• Duplicate or erroneous charges. Contact us and we will investigate and correct genuine billing errors.
• Where required by law. Nothing in this policy limits rights you may have under applicable consumer-protection laws.

Unused credits

Unspent credits remain available in your account while it is active. Credits have no cash value and are non-transferable.

Crypto payments

Cryptocurrency payments are processed by a third-party provider and are settled on-chain. Confirmed on-chain transactions are irreversible; refunds, where granted, are issued as account credits.
