Filing a takedown notice

If you believe content on pornchar.ai infringes your copyright, send a written notice to [email protected] including:

• Your physical or electronic signature.
• Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to be infringed.
• Identification of the material claimed to be infringing and its location on the Service (URLs).
• Your contact information (name, address, email, phone).
• A statement that you have a good-faith belief that the use is not authorised by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
• A statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information is accurate and that you are the owner or authorised to act on the owner’s behalf.

Counter-notice

If your content was removed and you believe this was a mistake or misidentification, you may submit a counter-notice to the same address containing the equivalent statements required by the DMCA. We may restore the content if the original complainant does not pursue legal action within the statutory period.

Repeat infringers

We terminate, in appropriate circumstances, the accounts of users who are repeat infringers.
